Sunday Worship

  • 8:30 a.m. Early worship (starting the 2nd Sunday in June through October)
  • 10:00 a.m. Sunday School classes for all ages
  • 11:00 a.m. Late worship

If you would like to grow spiritually, there are two Bible studies:

  • 12 noon Mondays
  • 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays with a covered dish meal in the fellowship hall

Are you are interested in:

  • Youth ministry - need "young at heart" adults, 1 Sunday night per month at most to assist youth leaders with Jr./Sr. high youth. Call Jake (508-7968) or Barby (452-7152)
  • After-School and Summer Camp programs
  • Day Care work - need help with minor renovations, painting, and cleaning
  • Open Door Ministry - 2nd Wed. of the month prepare or serve meals at the Open Door Soup Kitchen in Waynesville
  • The “Angel Food Ministry,” need help with check-in and food distribution the last Saturday of the month from 11am-noon.
  • McCracken Rest Home - helping with projects there

Maggie Bereavement Meal Ministry

Help is needed in continuing this vital ministry to grieving families. Menus, cooks and other planning help is needed. Anyone able to assist in this ministry is invited to call Marilyn Rowe at 926-9351 for further information and to sign up to participate.

Meals on Wheels

Would you like to be a substitute volunteer for delivering Meals on Wheels? Our regular delivery persons rarely miss their scheduled days to deliver meals; however, occasionally there is a need for a substitute. If you would like to help, please call Jane Beaver, 926-0188.

The Good Samaritan Clinic needs volunteers!!
If you are a CMA, CNA, or Nurse we can use your talents if you are willing to volunteer once a month. We are also in need of someone to answer the telephone on Thursday afternoons from 1:00 -3:30pm. Please call if you can help. Brenda Griswold 926-3433.
