The youth ministry of Maggie Valley is growing and changing constantly! There's always something to do and it's an inviting and welcoming place to come and be yourself!
Sunday Night Meetings:
Middle School (11yr-8th grade) and High School (9th-12th grades) youth meet every Sunday from 5-6:30pm. We'll start our time
together with an activity or game and snacks, then break off into Middle and High Schol groups. There's something
new every week, so don't miss it!
The last Sunday of the month, we have youth worship and share a meal together.
Summer fundraiser:
Our Summer fundraiser this year will be a Youth Service Auction. Be thinking about a service, talent, or skill you can offer to the congregation. We'll announce it to the church Sunday June 29 and hold 2 Silent Auctions the mornings of Sunday July 6 and 13. Be ready to perform your service, talent, or skill through the months of July and August.

NOW! - Medical Release, Health, and Youth Info forms due! If you have not turned these in yet, you will not be able to go on our trips this summer.
June 28, 3-8 p.m. - Saturday Movie Night in Asheville. Meet at the church at 3 p.m. and bring $20-25 for the movies and dinner afterwards.
June 29, 5-6:30 p.m. - 6th Grade Welcome Picnic & Water Day at the Church Pavilion across the creek. All youth are encouraged to come and welcome our rising 6th graders, Miki Braley and Grace Forga! We'll have water balloons, squirt guns, and dinner. Guys bring drinks, girls bring chips. Friends and family are welcome!
July 6 & 13, 9:30 a.m. & 10:45 a.m. - Youth Service Auction fundraiser. We need 2 youth for each worship service to sit at the Silent Auction tables. Your service, skill, or talents will be up for auction to the highest bidders!
July 19, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. - BBQ & Gospel Sing. We need your musical talents! If you'd like to peform for the Gospel Sing or help with the BBQ, let Barby or Erma know.
July 26, time TBA - Trip to the Fun Factory in Asheville.
