Enrollment Process
As a parent, you may visit Maggie Methodist Childcare for a tour at any time to better determine if our center is for you. If you wish to discuss business with the director, it may be more convenient to schedule an appointment.
When you decide to enroll your child in our program, you should arrange to bring your child for a visit so that he/she can get better acquainted with our environment. During this visit, you will be given a parent handbook and all other necessary forms. It will be a good idea to look these over before returning the so that you can be prepared with any questions or concerns you might have. We also ask at this time that you pay a one-time registration fee of $25.
Records
Upon enrollment, we ask that you return the following forms
- Child Application
- State Discipline Policy
- Infant Feeding Sheet (15 mos. and younger)
- Children’s Medical Report
- Summary of the North Carolina Child Care Law and Rules
- Permission Slips, Infant/Toddler Safe Sleep Policy (12 mos. and younger)
