Weekly
While we believe that every day is a day to worship God, we gather once a week to worship and fellowship with others.
- Early Worship 8:30 a.m. (1st Sunday in June-Last Sunday in Oct)
- Late Worship 11:00 a.m.
Special Worship Times
- Nov 26, 7 p.m. Thanksgiving Eve Community Service at Victory Baptist Church of Maggie Valley. Rev. Tim McConnell of Peachtree UMC will give the message. The offering for that night will be given to the Maggie Vally Police Fund to help the needy. Refreshments will be served following the service.
What to Expect
Our worship service draws upon the tradition of the United Methodist Church, but with the personality of a mountain family church. We sing hymns from our traditional book of worship, but also enjoy praising God with ancient songs of worship as well as more modern songs. We follow an “order of worship,” so most of our services will follow a similar sequence.
An infant-2 yr old toddler nursery is provided in the Children’s Sunday School wing.
Children are welcome to worship with their parents.
What to Wear
While you’re welcome to come in your Sunday finest, it’s definitely not necessary. Jeans and a T-shirt are perfectly fine. We don’t care how you look, but we want you to feel comfortable worshiping God!
