Postponed for now…The Open Door is a community-based Christian organization located in Waynesville and managed by area United Methodists. We provide food, clothing, financial assistance, and encouragement to introduce others to a transformed life through Jesus Christ. Our congregation helps the first and fifth Wednesdays a month.
Volunteers are needed from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm to prepare and cook the meal for 60+ guests and from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm to serve and clean up. Call the church office at 828-926-8036 to help out.
