Maggie Valley is a great small mountain town! We have a close knit community of long time and seasonal residents and we welcome all visitors! Maggie Valley United Methodist Church, the oldest church in this beautiful valley, bursts with life! Our church regularly fills with friends old and new.

Worship Style
We are a mainline, United Methodist congregation that observes a traditional pattern of worship and the Christian Year.
We have a simple worship bulletin that includes acts of worship. We pray The Lord’s Prayer, listen to a choir anthem, sing hymns from The United Methodist Hymnal, read Scripture, hear great preaching, and celebrate Holy Communion regularly.
Come as you are to worship. Visitors are especially welcomed! Some men wear jackets and some women wear dresses. Others wear their vacation clothes. Campers show up often. We welcome everyone!
Enter any door of the church and you’ll find your way into our lovely and historic stone and wood sanctuary. Our Ushers will give a bulletin to you.
Our Pastor and occasionally guests, preach every Sunday. Based on Scripture, the sermons apply the Word of God to our everyday lives.
